How can I submit my project?

You can submit your project directly on our website by filling out a short form. 

How much does it cost?

It’s absolutely free. No indirect or hidden cost.

Am I under any obligation to choose one of the contractors who made a bid/proposal?

No, you don’t have any obligation to do business with any contractor. 

How can I be assured about the quality of the service providers?

Offering you qualified and reliable contractors is our top priority. Please choose contractors that have received positive feedback from previous Homeowners for projects similar to yours. 

What happens once I submit my project?

Our system will rapidly analyze your project and identify contractors that meet your criteria. Those qualified contractors will contact you directly in order to get more details on your project and submit you a bid/proposal. We let you coordinate the next steps directly with the selected contractors. 

How many proposals should I expect?

Each project is unique, but you should expect up to 7 proposals from  contractors. You can manage all of them under “My Account” section.

Who will have access to my personal contact information?

We will not share your contact information with the contractors that you selected, so they can contact you privately through our communicator. Time to time we will also contact you by email or phone to follow-up on the process and make sure you are satisfied with our service. We will not use your contact information for other purposes. You can also read our Privacy Policy on the site.

How can I provide you with feedback once my project is done?

Our priority, as well as the priority of contractors, is your satisfaction. We strongly encourage you to provide the review/rating following the completion of your project. Your feedback will help other homeowners better qualify contractors and make better decisions.
